Angela A. Stephens
Angela A. Stephens, President and Founder of A. Stephens & Associates, LLC has extensive experience in executive search. Angela Stephens created the firm in 1996 and has over 20 years of experience in executive search including five years with Korn/Ferry International performing retained searches. She has industry knowledge, executive search experience and an impressive client base to achieve your goals and objectives.
Angela is known throughout the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, consumer, and nutrition industry. Angela has an impeccable reputation in the search industry and keeps her clients informed by communication how the searches are going from start to finish. In addition to leading all of the searches, Angela provides career counseling and career coaching on a one on one basis for an hourly rate.

Angela has her Bachelors Degree from Drury University. Her speaking engagements include colleges, universities, and industry specific conferences. Prior to creating the firm, she worked as an Executive Search Consultant for Fortune Consultants. She has spent over ten years on the board of CASA, (court appointed special advocates to help abused and neglected children), a member of National Association of Female Executives, a member of the Healthcare Business Women’s Association and is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce. Prior to creating the firm, she worked as an Executive Search Consultant for Fortune Consultants. She was also with Korn/Ferry International. She has spent over 13 years on the board of CASA and the board of Advisors.
